YSR dies in helicopter crash

Hyderabad, Sept 3 (PTI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy and four others were killed when their helicopter crashed on a hillock, about 49 nautical miles east of Kurnool, more than an hour after it took off from here yesterday.

The charred bodies of 60-year-old Reddy and others and the wreckage of the twin-engined Bell 430 helicopter were located at 8.30 AM today on a hillock, eight kms from Kurnool, 23 hours after it went missing while flying to Chittoor in south Andhra Pradesh.

"With very deep sense of regret we have to announce the death of YS Rajashekhar Reddy. He was a tall leader and it is a big loss to the country," Union Home Minister P Chidambaram told reporters in Delhi.

The helicopter appeared to have hit a cliff, crashed and perhaps exploded.

  1. A very big loss to Indian Government (AndhraPradesh - People (low class, mid class, high class). We missed a rebel leader, Andhra Tiger, Congress Party - Heart.

A hard news to digest. Really I don't understand, Why Government (Central Goverment) won't think of providing a very good helicopter(s) for each state to every CM, Instead of asking the CMs to use the available one?

Just shared my thought. Because if Government invenst 1000 crore also for new helicopter with latest technology, Government can get just helicopter, BUT NOT THE REAL CONGRESS (PEOPLE) TIGER OF ANDHRAPRADESH.

In Y.S.R, There are not political signs. Only people service is there. Fully dedicated person for all kinds of people in AndhraPradesh.

My Condolence to his family members and friends.

No alternate apart from crying/silence/sad etc.,

    WE MISS YOU Y.S.REDDY.
    WE MISS YOU TIGER.

Crossing fingers to GOD for YOUR SOUL.

    Yours.....
